When thinking and analyzing
aren't enough.
You know your patterns intellectually, but your body is still holding the charge.
Step out of survival mode and into an unhurried, mirror-free space where you are completely absolved
from explaining your stress.
What happens when the body holds what the mind
cannot process?
Your analytical mind is a brilliant defense mechanism that has kept you safe and successful. But logic hits a wall when the nervous system is still holding the charge.
You know exactly what is wrong—but the physical tightness in your chest or throat doesn't shift.
You lie in bed physically exhausted, but with a racing mind that refuses to yield to gravity.
You are tired of performing safety for the world, and are ready to actually experience it for yourself.
Emotional experiences are not only cognitive processes.
They are also held in the body—in tension, breath, posture, and movement patterns.
No choreography.
No performance.
No mirrors.
This work involves no choreography, no steps to learn, and no audience.
We remove the mirrors entirely. The external gaze is turned off, shifting your focus from how your body looks to how it actually feels.
It is not about learning to dance—it is about safely returning to who you have always been.
The Foundation of Our Work
This space is not about fixing you. It is about creating the conditions where your nervous system can safely unburden itself.
Unconditional Support
Safety here is not an idea you have to learn—it is a physical experience. You are invited to land exactly as you are, messy, tired, or overwhelmed.
Presence over Productivity
You manage enough in your daily life. Here, movement is not another wellness project to optimize—it is a rare invitation to just be.
The Body's Wisdom
Your body remembers what your mind cannot explain. We slow down enough to listen to the quiet signals you normally have to ignore to get through your day.
Welcome!
My name is Zuzana Oppolzer.
I believe that every body holds its own wisdom—stories, emotions, and truths that words can’t always express.
My path to Dance Movement Therapy wasn't just academic; it was deeply personal. During a period of extreme medical uncertainty in my own life, I learned that when life gets impossibly hard, we cannot navigate it solely with our heads.
As a Dance Movement Therapist in clinical training, my role is to be your somatic witness. I am not here to fix you or teach you how to dance. I am here to create a quiet, unhurried container where you can finally stop performing and let your body speak.
You do not need to be a dancer to be here. You need only be willing to arrive.
Ready to land back in your body?
If you are tired of performing safety and ready to actually experience it, you are welcome here. I offer 1:1 and group body-based sessions in English in Vienna's 7th and 8th districts.
