Intro Session for the Regulation Lab

A single intro session to experience the Regulation Training Lab before committing to the full 3-month cycle. Body-based, trauma-informed group work: movement, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Price: €25 — fully credited toward the full cycle fee if you upgrade to the 3-month programme.

No dance experience needed. Session held in English.
