Regulation  Lab – 3-Month Cycle – September 2026

A continuing small-group programme for exploring emotional patterns, boundaries, and nervous system regulation through body-based work. Together, we use movement, reflection, and group experience to develop more body awareness, inner steadiness, and embodied choice.

6 sessions, every second Wednesday, 9:30–11:00

Trauma-informed, body-based work in English. 

No dance experience needed.
